What does discovery actually look like?

Who owns the data and the systems?

You do. Everything runs on infrastructure you control, or a dedicated instance with your provider of choice. No training on your data. No shared models. If we part ways, you keep the systems, the prompts, and the logs.

How quickly do we see a return?

Most engagements reach payback within ninety days of deployment. We will not take on work where we cannot make that case upfront. If the economics do not land in the diagnostic phase, we tell you plainly and stop.

Is there government co-funding available?

Yes. NZ businesses can access up to $15,000 of government co-funding for qualifying AI and digital projects. We handle the application paperwork as part of the discovery phase when it applies.
